"Who's That Character?" #2

Returning from last week, who is this?

This character is...

...Sonic the Hedgehog.

Was it easy? Was it difficult?
Regardless, here's another wallpaper to download and enjoy.

To download and save:
1. Right click (or control click if you are using a Mac) the image and select "Save Image As."
2. Select the desired location on your computer where you want to save the image, and click "Save."

Download - [1280x1024] [1280x800] [1024x768]

Now, let us test your recognition ability once more.
This should be a little easier [or harder]. Who is this?

Do you know who this is? Too easy? Too difficult?
Feel free to give your answers in the Comment Box. DO NOT SPAM.
The answer [and the wallpaper] will be revealed next week.

You can alternatively find these wallpapers in the "Wallpapers" section.

Sonic Generations - Dreamcast Era

Previewing Speed Highway (Sonic Adventure), City Escape (Sonic Adventure 2), and, oddly, Seaside Hill (Sonic Heroes).

What's Next?

If you are looking for the A-Rank gameplay of the final boss of Sonic Heroes, Metal Madness / Metal Overlord (which was posted
in 2010 and recorded in the old-fashioned way - a video camera), to complete the playthrough if you have not seen it yet, the video is below. Enjoy.

Otherwise, what's next?

The character in the first "Who's That Character?" challenge
(see previous post - click here) will be revealed tomorrow.
Any more guesses?

This Is [Not Yet] Halloween

Let's get away from SEGA, Sonic Team, Sonic Generations, video games, and other things one more time. Additionally, I shall, once again, [somewhat] go out of character.

Several visual kei (or visual rock, a musical subgenre of Japanese rock and Japanese metal) bands collaborated on an album released on September 14 showcasing covers of notable songs from various Disney movies, old and new. One of the songs that caught my attention was the Japanese metal band Sadie's cover of the opening theme of Tim Burton's "The Nightmare Before Christmas," "This Is Halloween." This song caught my attention [not just primarily because Sadie is one of my favorite bands, but] because I have listened to another cover of the song by another metal artist (which seems appropriate) - Marilyn Manson.

If you are curious to listen, then go ahead and listen.
